Cauliflower Curry | VEGAN ♥

This is my go to dish when I want a quick and easy dinner! It requires a few simple ingredients and only takes 10 minutes to prepare and cook!

Ingredients:
2 cups of cauliflower florets
1/4 cup almond or coconut milk
1 red onion
2 tbsp chopped cilantro/coriander
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe:
1. Grab a skillet and place it on medium heat with a bit of coconut oil (or any other oil)
2. Once the skillet is hot enough, fry up the onions and garlic paste until it softens a little bit
3. Add in your cauliflower, milk and spices, stir well and cover with a lid
4. When the curry starts to bubble lower the heat and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the cauliflower softens
5. Add in the cilantro and cook for an additional minute
6. Your curry is now ready, serve on a bed of rice and enjoy!
