Banana Bread | Vegan |Banana Lovers Day

Happy Banana Lovers Day! In order to celebrate this fruitful day (pun intended) I have a vegan banana bread recipe for you to try and share with your friends and families!

Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups of mashed bananas (must be extremely ripe)
1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour (or spelt flour)
1/3 cup of almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
1/2 cup of oats
1/3 cup of coconut oil
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp of maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder

Recipe: 
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF or 175ºC
2. Grab a large bowl and place the mashed bananas,milk, oil, maple syrup and vanilla. Stir then add in the oats, baking soda, baking powder, sugar and flour.
3. Pour the mixture into lightly oil coated 9×5 inch loaf pan and spread it out evenly. (You can now add in some toppings like walnuts or bananas)
4. Bake for 45-50 minutes until it reaches a beautiful golden color
5. Remove the loaf and cool for at least 30 minutes
6. Serve & Enjoy! ♥
