Pumpkin Spice Waffle Recipe | VEGAN


3/4 cup almond milk
1 1/2 tsp egg replacer
2 tbsp vegan butter
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt


  1. Preheat waffle iron
  2. Start by melting your butter and beating your egg
  3. Next add all wet ingredients together and keep aside
  4. Grab a large mixing bowl and start adding in all of the dry ingredients
  5. Once thats done, pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix
  6. Stir until all large lumps are gone but make sure to not over mix!
  7. Pour the batter into your waffle iron, let it cook then serve & enjoy! ♥
