So I have the big sweet tooth and ever since I went vegan I couldn’t find any good vegan desserts… until now!
These brownies are heavenly! Moist, sweet, chocolate heaven! It only takes 25 minutes to make & bake. If you try these let me know what you think :)! – Lulu x
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4-1 cup sugar
3/4 cup almond milk
1 tbsp maple/agave syrup (optional)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
- Preheat the oven to 375F
- Sift the flour, sugar and cocoa powder into a large mixing bowl
- Add in the milk, sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract and the optional maple/agave syrup
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking pan (the wider the pan the thinner the brownie)
- Bake the brownies for 20 minutes, allow it to cool, serve & enjoy!
